Cullene Lang – Chair


Cullene Lang has been a political activist since 1979, when she assisted with the Ed Clark campaign. She has run for office five times; three times in California and twice in Kansas. Cullene is co-owner of Liberty House, Chair of the Libertarian Porcupine Club of KS, State Coordinator of the LP Radical Caucus, and a member of the LPKS Operations Committee. She is a retired small business owner and rescues cats. Best known for coining the saying, “Republicans will tell you that the government has to stop buying champagne on a beer budget. Libertarians say that the government is an alcoholic and has to stop drinking.”

Ric Koehn – Treasurer


Ric Koehn as spent his whole life serving the community in a wide range of roles. More recently Ric has been working in a variety of Libertarian roles within Kansas. These roles include being treasurer for a number of non-profit organizations and political candidates.
